| Failure is Inevitable |
Depression is mounting
Like a pack gang-banging a bitch dog
Relentless
The overwhelming feeling of impending doom
Not knowing when
But confidently secure of inevitable failure
Constrained to this current path by my need for completion and closure
But with deep dread
Foretelling my future
I know no matter how hard I try
This isn't going to work out.
The sigh of despair
Impeded only by a breath of smoke
A fleeting smile again replaced
By despondent melancholy.
Why is everything always so goddamn difficult?
I'm going back to bed.
